Meet Your Holistic Guides
Denise, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, and Meditation Teacher, is dedicated to helping individuals restore balance and harmony in their lives. She specializes in easing stress, anxiety, worry, and fear, empowering her clients to cultivate deeper connection, joy and presence.
Through her holistic approach, Denise guides others in grounding awareness, releasing mental and emotional blocks, and creating clarity in both personal and professional spaces, fostering a more fulfilling and vibrant life.
Cynthia, Reiki Master and Certified Hypnotherapist, has nearly three decades of experience in spiritual healing. She offers Reiki therapy and instruction, hypnotherapy, chakra balancing and meditation.
She helps her clients achieve inner harmony by first identifying blocks (energetic, emotional, physical) and then taking an integrative approach towards healing. A gifted instructor, Cynthia believes in teaching clients to help themselves in the process.
Christine, founder of Radiant Heart, is your guide to transformative and conscious living. She has over 25 yrs. of experience helping midlife go-getters break free from chronic stress, anxiety, fatigue and weight resistance.
With her unique blend of science and soul, Chris helps clients reset their nervous system - brain, gut and metabolism --- offering you a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body and practical tools to enhance your mental and metabolic health. Learn to heal from within, with love.
