My Lifestyle Team
Our extended team consists of carefully selected holistic and integrative practitioners that enrich the whole – person approach.

Debby Dudley
- Whole Wellness Counselor
Debby has been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in a private practice since 2003. She views mental health holistically, incorporating the roles of mind, body, and spirit as key components to healthy living. Successfully initiating positive change has to begin in our thinking before it will show up in changed behavior. The process can be greatly enhanced by starting with the knowledge of how our personalities function.
Debby’s initial meeting with you will include reviewing your personality type and how to use it to your advantage to make sustainable behavioral change. Learn more about Debby here.
Maraliz Campos
- Sound Healing Meditation Instructor
Maraliz completed her transmission ceremony accepting the Five Mindfulness Trainings with Terry Cortes-Vega at the Dallas Meditation Center and has since been touching students souls and calming their minds with sound healing meditation. She has a passion for helping people of all backgrounds and especially those living with chronic pain. Maraliz began her yoga practice in 2003 and meditation practice in 2005. In her final year of college, Maraliz became ill and was ultimately bedridden and unable to walk. Through studying mindfulness and reconnecting with her practice, Maraliz used these difficulties as positive bridges that allow her to connect with her students and support them on their own journeys.
As part of our introduction into the Power of Mindfulness, clients will experience the unique journey lead by Maraliz of being immersed in a bath of sound healing meditation. Learn more about Maraliz and her work here.
