Christine is the founder of Radiant Heart, a lifestyle and longevity practice in Laguna Beach, working with individuals locally and worldwide. She is your guide to transformative and conscious living.
Affectionately known as The Regulator, she helps busy midlife go-getters reset and regulate their nervous system-brain, gut and metabolism. Clients permanently release what non longer serves them - whether mental, emotional, physical or energetic weight! Our Heal from Within approach is a gift for the over-striver who secretly craves to release stress and high- functional anxiety.
With her unique blend of science and soul, Christine offers you a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body and practical tools to enhance your daily life.
Her interest in natural health began with her own wellness journey. As a young adult, Christine endured ADHD, anxiety and life-threatening depression. Eleven years later, she was diagnosed with CIRS (toxic mold), late stage Lyme disease, multiple Lyme co-infections and SIBO. As the inflammation erupted in her body, the depression, ADHD and heightened anxiety returned with a vengeance. As a lifelong exerciser and social being, this was a debilitating and defining time in her life.
Through the debris, an authenticity she never knew existed, started to shine as she redefined her definition of health. As an integrative wellness practitioner of over 25 years, Christine is more passionate than ever!

She utilizes the principles of functional medicine and nutrition, modern neuroscience, ancient therapy and behavioral habit change modalities to support her clients. Her expertise in mental health, neuroscience, and behavioral coaching empowers you to live more consciously and authentically.
As a trauma and somatic informed yoga guide and stress resilience coach, she leans into the beautiful synergy of the brain-heart-gut connection to lead you to your own inner wisdom. Christine's multi-disciplinary approach comes from the teachings of Tias & Surya Little, Jyl Kutsche, Nicole Paysuer, The Shakti Collective, Noah Maze, and Dr. Christopher Willard, among others. To compliment her adult studies, Christine became a RCYT through Yogees Yoga 4 Kids, to support the teen population navigating mental health challenges.
Her yoga therapy training originated with Tia Little and expanded into the lineage of T.Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar through Amy Wheeler’s Optimal State Yoga Therapy School. Dr. Wheeler's school is affiliated with the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India, which Christine had the honor of recently visiting in her dream of exploring India in 2022. "With much gratitude and personal awe, I do my best to honor the lineage of these teachings as I have emersed myself in this life-long journey."
By drawing from both western and eastern modalities, The Radiant Heart approach is collaborative, bio-individualized and foremost, rooted in love.
