Just as yoga is a fluid and organic idea that’s constantly reshaping itself, each class is a discovery. With a heart-centered approach, this class focuses on discovering your inner edge in the poses through play and using props creatively.
Immerse yourself in gentle, somatic movement patterns, while focusing on flexibility, mobility, mental wellness and body awareness. In therapeutics, our intention is to release the body from habitual movement and holding patterns that create imbalance and sometimes discomfort. You will explore ancient self-care practices through breath, gentle asana, visualization and meditation to manage pain and stress.
Designed for the high performer who needs to decompress on all levels, individuals who may be recovering from a physical injury, have a specific health condition, or seek a nurturing complement to their active practice are welcome. Bring your curiosity and an open heart!
